Prosperity Catering is a local Minneapolis catering company that takes pride in preparing gourmet cuisines with flavors originating from Liberia and other parts of West Africa as our specialty. 

We also finely prepare some American dishes with a mixture of modern and traditional flair. Our mouth-watering dishes are made from the finest of local ingredients and variety of spices that together, produce a burst of flavor that are exquisite and delicious.
